Solid Foundations

Our partnerships with globally recognised brands provides a rock-solid foundation for the services we offer.

From infrastructure, monitoring, and configuration, through to data storage and processing, you can be sure that our tooling is used and tested by some of the world's largest companies.

Security as a "first-class citizen"

All the systems that we provision meet the CIS benchmarks, and Intrusion Detection, monitoring, and logging configured to send messages and alerts to either our team or yours are all built in by default.

Data is stored on encrypted volumes¹ , and the entire infrastructure communicates using TLS encryption².

¹ Disk encryption is specific to each cloud provider, and is only available "on premise" if your data center management tool supports it.

² TLS certificates can be provided by us or via your own certificate processes.

Designed to scale

Our team have decades of experience building high-availability solutions, from web hosting clusters serving thousands of websites through to helping run and manage public cloud platforms.

We've taken all of those skills and used them to ensure that regardless of where you want to run your LoRaWAN deployment - AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, Google, or your own Data Centre - our solution will scale as your IoT needs grow.

Metrics come as standard...

Collecting the metrics from the nodes and gateways is only part of the challenge with IoT projects.

Our Managed LoRaWAN platform comes with everything you need to store, process, and analyse the data you collect built in from day one, and the licensing is included in the price, so there's no more worrying about data storage.

Monitoring and alerting comes as standard

... as does alerting on your data

The solutions that we use to power the data visualisation can send alerts via email, slack, webhooks, and most major on-call schedules including PagerDuty, OpsGenie, and VictorOps.

A powerful configuration engine provides your teams with the ability to create "self-service" alerts on the metrics that matter to them, dispatched to the appropriate notification channel of their choosing.
