In May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be applied to the whole of the EU, and any business that trades with people based in the EU, so here’s how it affects what we do with your data.
Mockingbird Consulting takes your data privacy very seriously, we will never share or give the information we hold about you to another company without your express permission.
We will only request the data that we need to ensure that we can serve you as a customer.
This will include (but may not be limited to) the following:
If you want to find out all of the information that we hold on you, please send us an email to email@example.com and we will respond as soon as we are able (but certainly within the 30 days set out in the GDPR) with everything that we have.
We’ll remove any data that we hold on you that we are able to without being in breach of our legal and other duties towards any auditors or organisations such as HMRC.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll let you know what we can delete, how quickly we can delete it, and the reasons behind our decision.
Again, just ask us. Send an email to email@example.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can with an answer.
